KIM JONG UN’S SISTER WARNS U.S. OF A MORE FATAL SECURITY CRISIS: North Korean leader Kim Jong Un‘s sister, Kim Yo Jong, warned the United States on Tuesday that it would face “a more fatal security crisis” as Washington pushes for U.N. condemnation of the North’s recent intercontinental ballistic missile test.
Jong, who is widely considered North Korea’s second most powerful person after her brother, criticized the United States for issuing what she called “a disgusting joint statement together with such rabbles as Britain, France, Australia, Japan and South Korea.”
There are concerns that North Korea may soon conduct its first nuclear test in five years.
MIAMI MAN DRINKS BLEACH IN COURT AFTER JURY FINDS HIM GUILTY: After being found guilty of armed robbery, Jermaine Bell attempted to take his own life inside the courtroom by drinking bleach from a cup. Bell had been in custody for more than three years fighting the charges. After immediately becaming sick, he was taken out of the courtroom on a stretcher and taken to the hospital where he recovered. The matter is under investigation by Miami-Dade County Corrections and Miami-Dade police.
IRAN COMMANDER THREATENS TO KIDNAP AND ENSLAVE NETANYAHU: The Iranian regime’s commander of the Revolutionary Guards in the province of Isfahan said on Sunday that the theocratic state seeks to kidnap Benjamin Netanyahu and bring him to the Islamic Republic as a slave. Mojtaba Fada, the commander of Isfahan’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, also called for the destruction of “the child-murdering regime of Israel.”
