Democrat John Fetterman and Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz will meet for their only scheduled debate in the Pennsylvania U.S. Senate Race tomorrow October 25.

The exclusive one hour debate will be held at the abc27 studio in Harrisburg and can be watched in each of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties.

Locally it can we watched on WTAJ. The debate will begin at 8pm

Investigators are looking into what started a fire at a home in Somerset County.

WJAC TV reports Crews arrived on the scene in the 6500 block of Somerset Pike in Jenner Township around 5:20 p.m. Sunday to find the home fully engulfed in flames.  Six local departments were dispatched to help get the fire out.  Two people inside were able to make it out safely.

Bob Evans Farms has issued a recall of more than 75-hundred 1-pound packages of the company’s Italian pork sausage.  Bob Evans says that products included in the recall may be contaminated with thin blue rubber.  There have been no reports of any consumers getting sick due to the concern.  Affected packages are stamped with a ‘use by’ or ‘freeze by’ date of November 26th 2022.

The Cambria County coroner said his office is investigating after a homeowner found a body inside an abandoned garage.

WJAC TV reports Jeff Lees said the body that was found on the 2nd flood of the garage in the 1500 block of Franklin Street around 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Lees said DNA testing and other imaging will need to be done to identify the individual as the body was severely decomposed and be believes it has been there for some time. A ladder had to be used to access the upper story of the garage.

 PA lottery players tonight have their hopes set on winning the eighth largest jackpot in the history of the Powerball game.  With no winner since early August, tonight’s estimated top prize is 610-million dollars.  The odds of winning that jackpot stand at 1 in 292.2 million.
