APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT NEEDED, YOU MUST BE 3 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND ADULTS ARE ASKED TO BRING AN INSURANCE CARD OR PHOTO ID. THE CLINIC WILL BE OPEN FROM 9-6 FROM TODAY THRU NEXT TUESDAY.
