Foos Make Have New Record 8/20/19

It’s been two years since Foo Fighters released their #1 album, Concrete and Gold and according to drummer, Taylor Hawkins, they may be ready for another one soon. In an interview on Loudwire, he said, “From what I’ve heard from our fearless leader Dave Grohl, he has a lot of demos that he’s worked on. I think we’ll start once this tour is over, this little UK-ish run…I think not too soon after that, we’ll start the process of putting the songs together as a band.”

The tour he was referring to wraps up this week in Ireland.

  • Foo Fighters Dave Grohl is already demoing songs for next album.
  • The band will start working on it after their U.K tour.

  • Another Quote from Hawkins: “It’s a long process,” the drummer continues. “We do a lot of demoing and stuff. But I think that we’ll have…I’m hoping…I think we’ll have a new record by next year. We should.”
  • The band still has a few tour dates left in Europe before they return to the states for festivals.
