Billboard’s Best Country Albums . . . and Best Country Songs of 2018

“Billboard” released their lists of the Best Country Albums of the Year . . . and Best Country Songs of the Year.  It’s not about sales or chart rankings.  They’re based purely on opinion.  Here’s the list of the Top 10 Albums:

1.  “Golden Hour”Kacey Musgraves

2.  “Songs for the Saints”Kenny Chesney

3.  “Interstate Gospel”Pistol Annies

4.  “The Mountain”Dierks Bentley

5.  “Girl Goin’ Nowhere”Ashley McBryde

6.  “Graffiti U”Keith Urban

7.  “Port Saint Joe”Brothers Osborne

8.  “Dan + Shay”Dan + Shay

9.  “Experiment”Kane Brown

10.  “Bigger”Sugarland

As far as the songs, they picked 20 for the “Best Of 2018” and there are a few surprises, like Jordan Davis’ “Singles You Up”, and Kelsea Ballerini’s “I Hate Love Songs”.  Good songs, but they didn’t make many year-end lists.  Here’s the Top 10:
