Dunkin’ officially drops ‘Donuts’

The iconic coffee chain is ditching ‘donuts’ from its brand and logo – after months of testing the name change.
From January on, it will now be called simply, “Dunkin.” The “America runs on Dunkin” tagline, which has been running since 2006, resonated with consumers and lead to the decision.
Along with the name change, the chain, which also owns Baskin Robbins, will remodel its stores and change signage.
