THERE WILL BE MORE BIG 10 CONFERENCE BASKETBALL GAMES NEXT SEASON. THE BIG 10 HAS ANNOUNCED THAT IT WILL EXPAND CONFERENCE SCHEDULES BY 2 GAMES FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN. MEN CURRENTLY PLAY 18 CONFERENCE GAMES AND WOMAN PLAY 16. THOSE TOTALS WILL NOW BE 20 FOR MEN AND 18 FOR WOMEN STARTING IN 2018-19.

 

PENN ST-MICHIGAN WILL BE SPECIAL FOR ONE HUNTINGDON FAMILY. QUARTERBACK JOHN O’KORN IS FROM HUNTINGDON, AND HE WILL BE THE A STARTING QB FOR THE WOLVERINES TOMORROW NIGHT AT BEAVER STADIUM. O’KORN GREW UP WATCHING PENN STATE, NOW HE WILL BE TRYING TO PIN THE FIRST LOSS ON THE NITTANY LIONS THIS SEASON. O’KORN PLAYED HIS SOPHOMORE SEASON AT HUNTINGDON HIGH SCHOOL, BEFORE MOVING TO FLORIDA WITH HIS MOTHER.
