There’s something that feels very sad about getting down on all fours and crawling around the house, begging calories to leave you alone . . . but trends are trends.

Apparently the hot new fitness craze is . . . CRAWLING. Seriously. Instead of jogging or walking or whatever, you crawl around. And some fitness experts say that even a few minutes of it a day can help you build strength and get healthier.

If you want to try it, get down into a crawling position, make sure both of your arms and both of your legs are moving, and keep your head up looking straight ahead. It’s tougher than it sounds.
