The Average Person Only Takes a 28-Minute Lunch Break . . . But You Need a Longer One

You might think you’re being a hero by not taking a lunch break and just powering through work. But you’re not. So take a break and eat 17 tacos like you want to.

According to a new survey, the average person only takes a 28-minute lunch break . . . and only 17% of people take a full hour. 12% of people don’t take one at all.

But it’s really NOT a great idea. When you skip taking a break and stay at your desk, it makes you less productive, and less creative. And since you’re not getting a good break from all that sitting, it might even be bad for your health.
