Two Ingredient Banana “Ice Cream”

I make this often, because it’s easy, healthy, and really delicious!

Start with a ripe banana. Cut them in slices, and put each in its own baggie.

Pop them in the freezer till frozen.

When ready to make your “ice cream,” take out one of your bananas and let it thaw for just a few

minutes. Then put it in a blender with some peanut butterĀ  – blend till smooth and eat!

Instead of peanut butter, use some hazelnut butter…or chocolate chips…or some cookies…
